i was just wondering how many people had bars that couldnt slide straight
i remember when we used to make bars and they were so shitty now its just so much easier to call and buy one

 

The one I just put on kept hitting one corner, it did that until I wore that corner down @ 1/4 in from the rest of the corners.

 

I had one that always pulled left. Now I rock an undertail bar so it doesnt matter

 

unrelated, but whenever i go to learn 12's i'm gonna use undertails.... just tap and go.

imo, an undertail bar will make learning 12s alot easier, it just slides wherever

 

my bar drags perfectly str8 and heres the trick, take an 01 gsxr break the top right subframe arm zip tie it back together throw some safety wire around the zip tie and walah str8 lines hahah

i bought one from a very well known company (i'm not going to mention any names cuz i dont wanna start any bar wars like the cage wars) and it was a complete joke, bike sat at 11 oclock.
my bike slid all over the place and wanted to buck me off like a fricken bronco. even sittin still it wanted to tip over. now i'm getting one custom made, cant beat that. if you want a shoe to fit good you just gotta get one made cuz not everybodys will fit the same

me too I think mines more like a 2:00 bar though LOL, I just have it so I can put it on the bar when the SS circles go crazy, without a bar i was bending subframes.

The only problem I have now is that my oil leaks out the airbox...04 636, anybody fix this problem?

 

yeah, i have the side plates from my homemade j bar that broke off still bolted on, they stick out like 3/8" off the subframe, they work mint. lol......
