"I always correct my slow wheelies by leaning the opposite way, rather than leaning with it and hitting the ground."
I replied this to a member after reading his, super good, How-To Post. He and I differ on the way you lean to correct the "wobbles" you get on slow wheelies. I say if your bike leans one way, you go the opposite way to correct it. He says if your bike goes one way, you go the same way to correct it. That to me just does not make sense. Please let me know what you, the community, think. And I mean no disrespect to that member, he just told me I was wrong and I wanted to make sure.

Re: Bike Community Help Please.
No I'm not asking how to slow wheelie for my self I can already ride them fine and I can steer them just fine as well, I am simply asking which of the two ways to describe balancing is correct. The member posted this in a How-To and I don't want to see anybody do the wrong thing and crash, which I believe his to be wrong. Kyle Woods talks in length about counter balance for slow wheelies and I always lean the opposite way the bike is to correct. I just wanted affirmation, that's all. Especially since newbies will most likely read this.
Dave Thanks man, I kept thinking if you ran no tire you'd never wobble. When you gonna get slow sitdowns, standups are for people without broken legs
