Does everyones crunchy stunter or non-"crunchy" haha really road legal (clean title so you can get it registered with a tag)?

I have been looking around for a F4i/929/954 that maybe needs a little work but still has a clear title so I can actually put it on the road but everything that needs work comes with a salvage title and Florida wont let you re-register them......
