I don't know why everyone knocks the bigger bikes. They use to be the trend. Everyone rocked the 900rr and loved it. Now it seems like you're some primitive, unknowledgeable rider if you use a big bike. Why the change in thinking? Anyway, I agree with the guy that said use what you have. I personally love the big Honda though.

I do agree with you regarding the twitchy throttles. A big bike just makes you smoother on the throttle. Any other differences?
Re: got a question
Those things hold up good but I'm pretty sure they aren't fuel injected so get ready to pull your hair out when you start learning slow stuff.
My '98 held up for years but it was the first year for fuel injection if my memory serves me

Re: got a question
my friend lance had one of those, he did great on the highway, but when he started the slow stuff, it kept boggin out, the fuel injected bikes are better, but you can still rock the carbed ones.
Re: got a question
I am new to the whole stunting thing but I too have a 97 750 srad and I will tell you this much....the 98 and 99 injected motors will fit into the 97 bike (I switched mine) so if you can get a motor kit of an injected srad....work it....but you need the ecm, wiring harness and fuel pump.
hope that helps
