97 YZF 1000 stunt bike

97 YZF 1000 stunt bike
Just a question from a greenhorn- Would a 97 YZF 1000 be a decent bike to stunt on? I found one local for $1500 with 10,000 miles on it. Has front damage but forks are good. Seems like a good candidate for the price. I am looking to learn slow wheelies, 12's, etc. I have an 05 R1 and a drag Busa so I know my way around a bike. Just figured I would ask and see if it's worth getting. Thanks

any bike is good enough to LEARN on , its most definatly not a preferred bike to stunt, but its pretty cheap and if youll definatly lay over alot so u might as well buy something like that......the only thing is ull have to custom build your own crash cage and 12 bar which isnt that hard if u know how to weld...but if u look hard enough youd probly be a buy a stunted f4i or something for @ $1500-$2000 so whatever u want...
