bar

we used 1/4" plates for contact that were welded once the oem grab bar had some flatness scraped in it. also we put 2 braces down the subframe to stop it from bending

I welded a 4x6 Plate on the back. Tilted the quad @ 12 onto the regular subframe, placed the plate under there & welded it up. Scrapes PERFECT. 4th & 5th gear scrapes smooth as glass. Heres a pic that you can kinda see it. I recommend that you re-enforce the subframe when you do it.

i also welded a plate on mine, but instead of bracing it, i cut part of the grab bar off, then inserted a solid pipe inside the subframe, and welded the grab bar back onto the subframe, made the subframe solid instead of being hollow.

iv hit hard on concrete, and it hasnt bent at all.
