Don't worry about all the little movements. The main thing is when going into a circle, it is the easiest to be slowing down (be behind the balance point) and when you want the bike to fall over, lean outside the circle. There lots of little movements associated with this; shifting weight to the inside leg, bending outside leg, pusing the handle bars sideways into the circle...

make sure ya give little throttle while in the turn or that **** will stall, i found thats what i needed to do, now i can do smoother 180 turns, gonna go for the full O today
