Now for some reason people are talking good about 905 cages? Saying they arn't shin busters and ****?
Last I heard 905 cages were weak, break easy, and bust shins. They phsyically mount further back then cages like Sick innovations, about 3-4 inches back, so you got 3-4 more inches of metal sticking out to grab you.
Get the right cage the first time, don't waste money piddling around with POS cages.. Thats just stupid
Personally I love the Sick innovations and Tigershark.. But I have ZERO experience with Powers or MDX
But them are the only 4 cages I'd recommend anyone consider

I wouldn't know. I ordered an MXD cage and Jeff told me it was in the mail. Still no cage and ever since he took my money, he won't email me back.

I had an MXD on my F4i and never had a prob. I'm 6'2" and have a Sick Innovations cage on my GSXR and it's good too! The MXD was bulletproof though. I did it dirty and it always held up. I wreck too much so I have to have a good cage. I need some ICON armor. Bikes pretty and i'm scarred. Maybe I just suck and should sell the bikes all together. Nah i'll keep trying

Sorry, I may have rekindled this tread. I usually hang out at CBRForum.com and ever since MXD fucked me on my order, I've been trying to research their actual address so I can complain to the Better Business Bureau. When I see a post on MXD, I just want to make sure people know what they're in for if they order from MXD.
I'd never recommend them to anyone unless they enjoy FUCKED UP Customer Service...
