Hrm.. well about 3 weeks ago i placed a order for a cage for my bike with crashcage.com and i got an email that said call me in the later part of the week.. and i'll let you know some more info.. so.. i called no answer.. i've called off and on.. threw these last few weeks.. but i have to ask.. HUH.. i don't mean to hate.. or anything.. or put down the company.. i just don't understand why they couldn't email me.. or give me an idea of when my order would be on its way.. i'm sure they have other things to do.. but i still think they should be able to take 5 mins to email me.. or give me a call.. but thats just my

 

I will be the first to admit I havent called anyone lately... ask merk and kane lol

but I have driven across country once flown across country once... went to laguna seca... announced at the freestyle shootout basically packed up my life and sold everything I own and moved to california all the while I had to get my cell phone service provider changed so my number wouldnt change which also took some time

other than that you have sent me one email that i just got last night and you have not left a message on my phone... if you did leave a message then it was on my old providers service which was dropped a week ago...

so as my message did state and the website states... leave me a message

I do apologize for any delays... but this is really overboard... the only delay right now would be in waiting on the shipment from 905

I get a stupid amount of phone calls from random numbers daily...and people choose not to leave messages....im not into calling back random missed calls anymore and saying "yeah uh hey, did someone call thomas?"

and just so we are clear, I went and looked it up.....

you placed the order on the 15th, and racing 905 recieved the order on the 16th

its now the 27th which equals about 8 business days
