What are the best things to do for this bike? I've heard the subframes are fragile as ever. Is there any things that will fit up without a hassle? or should it just be reinforced.

I reinforced the hell out of my subframe after I broke it a few times. I ended up using some 1/4 inch T6 6061 aluminum cut to the same rough shape as the subframe. It was mig welded to the outside of the subframe on both sides. I haven't had any issues with it since then. I've got a homemade 12 bar though, just some 1/4 inch steel bolted and clamped on to the subframe. I'll post some pictures, I just need to find a cam.

i wouldnt go and weld on it thats jus opinion, jus a lil reinforcment will turn that weak fragile factory one into a bullet proof subframe
