Everytime i need a part for my stuntbikes i go to these guys. They have good prices but they will **** you on returned orders.

I ordered some parts from these ******** and one of the parts was wrong. And by this i mean i ordered what i wanted but they packaged the wrong part. I called them and *****ed them out and they told me because it was under $10.00 they can not exchange it. WTF!!! So now it's the customers fault for their stupidity.

They said that they can re-order the right part and not charge me for shipping. But overall i would lose a dollar. The wrong part i received was $8.00 and the shipping that they would cover to send me the right part was $7.00. So i still lose a dollar. WTF One dollaR!

It's not me losing a dollar, it's the crappy policy that they have, and the shitty salesmen they have there trying to take peoples orders and acting like they can't wait to get you off the phone. Bunch of ****

I ordered 30 dollars worth of those little plastic elbow pieces that come out of the top of the front brake master cylinders one time and they never shipped my **** or gave me a refund. I called them one time, got the run around and havent bought **** from them since.

 

Agree that Ronayers has good prices. This is what I do to avoid shiping charges and wrong chit sent to me.

I right the the part # and Price and go to my local shop. Tell them to keep it around that price...and they do.

I avoid the $7 shipping fee if I just wanted a $15 bolt. etc...

Update to Ron Ayer's stupidity...

Well, after i ordered the first time, about 2 days later, i placed another order for a fork seal set, clutch lever, and a clutch cable screw adjuster. Today was the day i recieved that second order i placed. Turns out that they sent me the wrong parts. I got the parts that i needed but they were for a different bike.

I call up the company and i spoke to a salesman. I asked him for all the part numbers that i need. He gave them to me and none of them matched the **** they sent me. So, after i did my homework on the part numbers, i tell him the deal and he connects me to the return policy *****.

I tell the lady that all the **** they sent me was for the wrong bike. And i reminded her that this makes two times in a row!! She asks me for the invoice #. Then she says," Sir, what bike do you have?" i tell her for a 2001 929rr. She says, " Oh, well the parts we sent you are for a 2002 929rr." Are you ****ing kidding me!! There is no such thing!!! WTF On my invoice it say, 2002 honda 929rr. And then she has the nerve to tell me that i said 2002 929rr when i placed the order. Yeah..okay, you stupid ho.

After i told her that, she told me that she would exchange those parts for the ones i needed. Come on now, how dumb can someone be...a 2002 929rr...omg

 

And even if i did say 2002(which i didn't) those fvcks should have stopped the order and told me that the bike doesn't exist. Instead, they send a bunch of wrong ****!
