I started changing up the practice sessions so that way i don't wear out my hand too fast. "Country Western Gear" LMAO

All You Have To Do Is Get Those Braces I Told You About. Wear Them When You Sleep And It Will Make A Huge Difference. Ever Since I Got Mine I Havent Had Much Trouble.

I used to rock the ICON tarmac gloves, and after about an hour of ridding(not stunting) my hands would go numb.. So i bought the ICON heavy duty gloves and i fixed the problem....

i had carpel tunnel surgery on my left hand in feb. my hand would go totally numb after 20 mins of riding and it would be numb every morning when i woke up. i never got the pain u guys are talkin about tho. but i had almost no feeling left in the top half of my 3 middles fingers on my left hand so i had the surgery. my doc said something about it being possible for the nerve in your forearm being pinched from repeated arm pump which would hurt and cause numbness. he also told me to get gloves with a gel palm to stop the vibration from irritating my hands which seems to work

yea i get arm pump after like 30-40 min
i hate that ****, it used to kill me after mx races. for a while i would race 125 A and 250 C and after consecutive races i couldnt push the bike off the track, its not so bad now but all i really ride is a 50 until i get another big bike

is it those braces that loop around you thumb and tie back to your wrist?? hard to explain but i had one from a car accident, i dont think it helped me at all a lot of it has to do with how hard your squeezin the grips

a lot of it has to do with how hard your squeezin the gripsthe brace i have is like that and it didn't help me at all.
Circles standing stagger is what kills my hand.

hmm Ive worn gel padded gloves and absolutely hated them--I could'nt feel the bars and most importantly the throttle. Gaabage. I wear mechanix now--and get huge calluses--guess its just a part of the game....
