Re: Wrecked Yesterday

Hell yeah that is bad.........that alone might mess up any chances you had of a lawsuit. Hope you feel better and everything goes your way.

Yup, at least put minimum coverage on your ***, not to mention, you legally have to have it. You're lucky already you aren't in worse condition where it would've really mattered

Re: Wrecked Yesterday

ouch without insurance your pretty screwed...

since the cop saw it ask him to appear in court, and since you didnt get a citation (he must have) so that basically will win it for you even though you rear ended him. But without insurance im goin to have to say your pretty much screwed.

You could seriously bank off this kid though and get quite a bit of cash and a new bike.

good to hear your not hurt any worse then you are that crap sux. I had an *** hole teenage kid that decided it'd be "cool" to brake check me with a buncha friends in his car (so i was kinda tailgating alittle but still who the hell brake checks a motorcycle) i just swerved around his *** and pulled up a wheelie to rub it in his face... woulda much rather been rubbin his face into the asphault though.

Yeah, watch out around Lafeyette Street around 3:00 when Anthis Career Center gets out. Tons of morons getting out of school. I talked to the cop again today, him and the eyewitness both said it looked as though the kid did it on purpose.
