YESTERDAY, I WAS SENT AN E-MAIL FROM THE MANAGEMENT OF THE MESSAGEBOARDS AT GIXXER.COM . THEY INFORMED ME THAT THEY WERE CANCELLING MY ACCESS TO THIER SITE BECAUSE I WAS PROMOTING MY SITE ON THIER BOARDS. WHAT A BUNCH OF CRAP!!! THEY THE PROCEEDED TO TELL ME IF I WANTED TO CONTINUE TO PROMOTE MY SITE I WOULD HAVE TO GIVE THEM $600 BUCKS !!! SO EVERYONE, PLEASE KEEP SUPPORTING THE STUNTLIFE BOARDS ! ITS THE ONLY PACE WE CAN GO, WHERE MONEY ISN'T THE ONLY DRIVING FORCE...... THANKS SHUGGA FOR RUNNING A SWEET BOARD!!!!

Wow that sucks. Doesn't seem fair, but understandable.

Sounds real shady how they did that. That's not cool. I hope StuntLife never gets that big that I don't care much about one member. We are all a family here. Stunters are rare to find and you folks are all like my brothas and sistas. So maybe that's why its a bit different here.

Now in their defense... I don't allow advertising on StuntLife either. Most of you know that StuntLife is my full time job. Its my only source of income to pay my bills and let me tell you Im JUST barely scraping by. So I find it personally offensive when a competitor starts advertising on my website I worked so hard to build.

But here is how I handle it. If I feel someone is in violation, I will let em know and move their post to deleted threads. 2nd offense they lose access to the site where they were advertising, 3rd offense they are banned.

I feel that pretty fair considering. You may notice that I even DO give competitors messageboards here just because all us stunters should be in this together. No need to divide the sport and limit ourselves...

I GUESS MY POINT IS THAT I WAS NOT TRYING TO DRAW BUSINESS AWAY FROM THEM, I WAS MERELY PROMOTING MY NEW SITE, AND I POSTED LIKE 10 MESSAGES.
