I also think that you would have a really hard time getting the rear tire to grab with all your weight up front...would most likely just burn out and if you did finally get enough traction to lift your wieght, then the bike would be hauling *** and good luck controlling a backward wheelie at high speed.

I don't believe anyone has ever successfully accomplished a switchback wheelie with their feet on the normal pegs and I have heard that some have died trying.

good point about spinning the rear tire...if you just stayed motionless on the pegs, i'm sure that this would be inevitable. However, a nice jump on the pegs could load and unload the forks nicely. Perhaps finding the correct fork spring combo/setup would allow one to obtain enough of a front "unload", and with the right timing, could allow the front end to come up.

Jumping on the front pegs that are on the front wheel isnt goin to do anything because thats below the point where the forks compress... this trick just seems basically impossible or far to technicall for anyone to do atleast now....

Backwards controls... not being able to see where your going... traction... weight transfer... way to many factors

sweet, an Aussie chimed in! c'mon mate, you could be the first to do it, then you could give the trick a cool/random aussie name!

"I call this trick a chazzwazzle!" or how about "dingo-dinga-roo!"

put the pegs on the shocks me boy!

NOT A SMART IDEA, IF YOUR FEET ARE ON THE FRONT FORKS AND YOUR HANDS ARE ON THE BARS. WHATS GOING TO KEEP THE FRONT END STRAIGHT WHEN YOUR UP? I SEE THE FRONT END GOING LEFT/RIGHT ONCE YOUR UP AND COMING DOWN WITH THE WHEEL TURNED ISN'T GONNA BE NICE.

yea i dont see how you could control the bike at all from the front.... it would drift side to side and lay down or land sideways as hell.... so SOMEONE DO IT!!!!

Re: is there a name for this stunt?

I have thought about it, and decided that whoever does this stunt will die. They might get it once or twice, but we all are human, and if... WHEN they screw-up, the only place you'll be going is under the bike everytime. I just can't think of anyway out of it. But I could see somebody doing a switchback circle burn-out on the front pegs. That'd be pretty sweet. My suggestion for the burn-out is: "Switch-out"

Re: is there a name for this stunt?

blah blah blah...i'm sure the first time someone mentioned doing a high chair wheelie, people were like,"dude, you'll kill yourself"...and you know what? I'm sure people have. So what's so different with this? Someone will do it, and when they do, you'll be lickin their nuts.

The burnout thing on the front forks/pegs...yeah, see, it opens up a whole new array of possible stunts.

Re: is there a name for this stunt?

The point is Nate, that like you, many people on here are of the limited foresight to envision a stunt that they haven't seen. Someone will attempt it and perform it, much to the amazement of the same people who said it was,"too dangerous", or, "impossible", perhaps like the first guy that did a highchair wheelie. Apparently, you misunderstood the context in which the two stunts were compared. But hey, you're from wisconsin.

Actually I am quite creative, and I dont think its "impossible". Its just stupid. Like what Teva said..... If your on the forks, holding on to the bar ends (that are attached to the forks) you have no control over the bars turning in the air, unless you somehow lock the forks in a forward position( which is another dumb idea). If you have any experience whatsoever, you should know that coming down from a wheelie with your bars turned, IS BAD! Judging by how many posts you have and your ignorance, I would assume you dont have much experience. But I might be wrong. And for the record, I have a pair of ***** bigger than youll ever know, I'm not scared to do anything! But getting over the bars on a bike and trying to do a switch back wheelie is asking for your d1CK to get stepped on.

peace out beatch

Re: is there a name for this stunt?

BTW, i cant remember the guys name. But theres a guy from flordia i think. That used to pull some really nice switch back wheelies, and then he died. The redline crew knows more about him than i do.

One person dying trying to do a dumb idea, is enough for me. and highchairs arent dangerous either tard

exactly what i wanted to say... This trick is virtually impossible for the fact that once that front wheel is off the ground i can pretty much garentee that the bars are goin to turn one way or another unless you lock the handle bars somehow....

We will let you be the first one to try this since you think its such a good idea... id NEVER try that... a burnout standing on the front forks is a very possible... but wheelie is just plain suicide.
