and motor is messed up

Has trans problems like a mother fuger ...My frineds face is messed up and has road rash all over his back ...he was wearing a halfshell helmet it saved his head .....Should i make him pay ...?

 

i'll post before pics soon ... ...OH yea he was trying to do a wheelie at 45+mph ...

Well it's not really ment to wheelie but you can do it...........I do it ...sit down cat walks at low revs it'll go far ..

That's the exact reason I don't let any of my friends ride my fiddy anymore.
I'd make him pay for all the broke ****....... That thing is pimp don't let him lay it off on you

 

i dont think you sould make him pay... HE SHOULD OFFER TO PAY!!! thats the way it is... you ride someones ride, and damage it ... you fix it OR buy it...

ya he should offer to pay for it. if you ask him too and he says no then you have to ask yourself if the money is worth the friendship. which i think if he refuses to pay or at least help out then its not all that great anyway

Yeah he should definitely help pay for it.. or if he aint got money help you fix it and pay you back for parts later on.

 

I can't think of any reason why he shouldn't pay.

He should have offered, right there on the spot, to take care of all damages that HE was responsible for. If he didn't even offer, I would be looking at whooping some serious tail.

Thanks guys ....Well I am only 15 so a motorcycle legely is out of the question .... It was a 50cc when i got it but i put a 70cc bb kit on it and the chrome pipe ... I think I am going to aproach him tommorw and ask him for some dough

 

make him pay....then put that money down on a real bike, not a Huffy with a weedwacker engine?
