OK, here's what's planned...we'll have two parking lots, one for autocross, the other for stunting...
contact me about booth set up as the parking lot in between the two will be room for vendors etc....
As far as the competitive events go, what do you guys want.....
longest stoppie, most circles, etc??

oh, and btw, it's april 30th....what are some tips people want...i'm trying to see what all went wrong with stuntwars, and it seems like having dedicated judges and letting your own mc announce you is important???

 

there are a number of things
I would reccomend that you research the idea of hosting a stunt comp and all the RIGAMAROE that follows. plus the responsibility
I dont know if you ever have put one together but Great luck, I may be seeing you there

keep the info coming and I would also reccomend involving ppl that have either hosted many, or have been to events in the past and ask what went well and 2. what they may have done to make it better

well, we got the insurance quote back and it seems doable...once we cover that, and a few other rentals with sponsor $$ the rest goes back into payout....the nice thing is that we're a student org so the venue is basically no $$ which means technically payouts could get big...

i basically see $$ covering costs them going into payouts, comp entry fees going into payouts, and the club keeping spectator entry fees, if we can even do that, the bad thing is, we may not be able to keep people out, so might just charge for parking...lol...we'll see, i imagine we'll get that figured out....
