Everytime I get the wobbles (I have a R6 also), I slowly put the front down. It's not worth fighting it just to keep it up. It's a recipe for disaster.

Man, I've been having the same problems lately. I thought it was because I'm just coming off of my wreck and need practice. After a highchair wobble, I think it because I have a race take off of the rear tire. It's steaper than Pikes Peak, lol. I lowered the air pressure and rode it around for a while like that. Since it's a 208 GP it didn't take long to start wearing. The wheelies are still wobbly but getting better. My advise check your tire, tire pressure, and if all else fails just keep practicing.
Later,
Justin a.k.a. Wingnut

I totalled my r6 doin a 3rd gear stand up. like you're sayin, it got a nasty wobble, and the rest is history. IMO the r6 is too f'n light for stunts. I got a gixxer, it's heavier and much more stable on the front and rear tire.

you have to check the rear balance adjuster....stand your bike up straight and make sure that the bubble is between the two lines if not adjust and youll be ridin on 1 tire like no other

My buddy has a R-1 and has the same problem. You might want to have your tire balanced getting shaky at high speeds is not fun just ask Darius about his R-1. Then after that do what Papa Kev said " Get a HONDA" :p
