Re: our vids premiered at the local PD yesterday

a couple friends of mine are going throught the same trouble, they have several charges being brought up against them from a camera on a gas tank of a bike that was used to evade the police. They can right traffic tickets if they "believe" it is you, but even a crappy lawyer can get you out of that unless there is evidence beyond any doubt that it was that person on the video, i.e.--> identifying tattoos!!!! Talk to your lawyer, give him everything you have that could be used against you in court. As far as you are concerned, "it wasn't me!!!" Do whatever your lawyer tells you to do, he spent the time in school!

FTP. Cop pulled me over the other night on my way to work for doing 45 mph in a 35 mph zone and said because of my massive driving record - DUI, **** load of speeding tickets, reckless driving charge, driving on suspended license, and no motorcycle endorsement to name a few - that the next time he sees me speeding he's not gonna even pull me over. He said he's gonna mail me a ticket in the mail for negligent driving. Can you believe that ****!!! How are they gonna prove that it's me unless they are right behind me and run my plates. I take my plates off too if I know I'm gonna be doing some highspeed ****. FTP!!!

Do your vids have the date(s) on screen? If I remember right, it's not just the plates that get you, its actually the date on the footage. The plate wouldn't necessarily incriminate you because the bike could have been loaned out. So check for the date on it. I know I read something about that awhile back.

Unless they can prove that it was you on your bike you have an easier time. I wouldn't get nervous until you get a court date (which I doubt you will). They are only trying to scare you.

I like cops but remember, Cops lie

theres something falled "fair game" in most states which means they have to actually be there to catch you doing it in order to write a ticket. its the reason most places cant use cameras with radar to mail you a ticket. call a lawyer in your state and ask him

Funny how people don't understand what the laws are and always blame cops. If you are doing 1mph over the posted speed limit a cop has juristiction to pull you over, that is why it is called a SPEED LIMIT.

And from what it sounds like, he let you off. Why don't you go pass your motorcycle tests and grow up dog? You are one of the idiots that make us all look bad.

And you go around saying FTP....... Check yourself homie.

Remember, it is always easier to go with the flow than against it. If everyone acted more professional about this sport, which I am seeing major improvements now, we will get the time/space to rock out without problems. More power to everyone doing something positive in this venture…

I make my bed and lay in it. Don't go blaming others for your irresponsibility.

Re: our vids premiered at the local PD yesterday

WTF!! Do you own a scooter? So do you always post the speed limit? You never in your life have speeded or done a wheelie because this is stuntlife and all my brothers here have broken and are breaking the law. It is illegal to stunt and speed but we all know that risk and we take it everyday. That's why we own these fast, high powered machines. To stunt the **** out of them and ride them fast. I understand that cops can pull you over for doing 1 mph over the speed limit but most cops don't do that. And this cop threatened me about mailing me a ticket if he saw me speeding again. He said he wasn't gonna even pull me over. So what if it's a buddy riding my bike and he's speeding and I get the ticket. I don't think cops are allowed to do that and I'm pretty sure it wouldn't hold up in court. I don't have an endorsement because that's a personal choice. How does my not having an endorsement make other motorcyslists look bad? It only affects me and nobody else. You need to check yourself and understand that cops are the enemy in this sport. They will throw your *** in jail for doing a wheelie or just about anything else and there's not much you can do about it. I will be polite and courteous to them if pulled over. The only reason I'm stopping for them in the first place is because my plate is on. In all the cases I get pulled over with my plate on is because I'm speeding a few mph over the speed limit. But if I'm killing it on the freeways and my plate will be off then I'm running if those f**kers are behind me. I've dealt with too much bulls**t from cops and I run with pride everytime now. Get with the program dude!! FTP!!
