I was out riding for our local bike night when me and a few guys decided to go off and mess around on the bikes, well, I decide to shift into second, and the bike stands straight up, i'm riding it for a second or two trying to get control, let off the throttle and the bike's rear end scrapes ( I don't have a twelve bar) and I'm doing about 60 and get flung off down the road, the bike a few feet ahead of me the whole time, after bout 50 feet the bike stops, i slam into it and get up, the bike made it out better than I did.
I got raod rash from my left *** cheek all the way down...fawkin hurts!!! The only things wrong on the bike are a few scrathces on the fairing, and it snapped my shifter and kick plate. Thank god it didn't land on the yoshi!!Thankfully the doc hooked me up with some lor-tab! I'll tell you what, when they say don't drink with this medication, they ain't kidding!!!!!

Oh, and for those who know me, i was wearing all my gear....the pants just didnt hold up.

Yeah i think it is just time for everyone to quit stuntin for awhile haha, way to many loops in the past few weeks.

i got a quarter sized patch of road rash on my right leg... does that make me hardcore? lol, im glad i didnt go down at a high speed like that... thats scary

Road rash sucks, especially when it bruises your entire leg and it feels broken for a week.

 

I had to lay a bike down once, not wearing gloves because I was brilliant.

I had to then ride the bike home, bout a 15 minute trip, with my left palm completely rashed to hell. Clutching was so fun that day...

And flipping an endoe and getting dragged, that makes you feel like you rolled around in shattered glass. Peeling my sheets off me every morning...yaaaay.

glad your alright man. my buddies bike came out better when he looped a 2nd gear sit down than the first time i threw a 12 away with out a cage. he broke his tail section and tail light, i bent the forks, rim, destroted the tial section, subframe and a peg mount.... ...he was doing 50, i was doing 10 mph....go figure...

 

-1 in the front. I wanna gear the rear next season too, but not sure what i wanna do, i wanna be capable of doing slow ****, but i dont wanna top out at 90 MPH either lol.

 

that sounds familiar, my bike took quite a bit of damage from only crashing at like 20 MPH. The more i look at my forks the more they look alittle tweaked. Can i just wedge the front wheel in somethin and tweak them back? Ya know like we used to do to our bikes back in the days when our handle bars are crooked LOL.

that's not all the road rash i got either, that's just what i felt like showing, the worst part is my ***, my left cheek is completely eaten up by road rash.

 

ouch, showers will hurt for a while. Are you bandaging your (***)rash lol or did you let it dry out already?
Get some neosporin with pain relife, that **** works pretty good.

 

wtf is an sv650r? Did you make that up yourself because you have plastics on it? I don't have any doubt you crashed but your story doesn't make much sense to me man. I ride an SV, all shifting into 2nd at 60 is going to do is lock up your tire, and bounce the bike of redline....Unless the R means it's a special government SV that they endowed upon you to stunt until the full combat version is developed for use in Iraq...

 

I helped my buddy gear his f3 :YEAH We went -1 +10 and it rocks :YEAH It will definately pass 90 w/out a problem

ahh haha, i don't think enough ppl noticed this post..funny as hell! and normally when you'r shifting..the bike will drop down..not back...and why is it when you let off the throttle it then scraped? maybe just some clarification..but that does suck..and even tho the rash on your leg is small..i know it fukking hurts..atleast your bike isn't bad...i mean it's still an SV..well SVR...but the SVR is still in good shape

I just ****ing around with the R part. Do you have the naked version, or the s model? I've done a little to mine and that's why I call it an R, it's got full systems, k&N, jet kit, ignition advancer....When I let off the throttle, I think I dropped my weight back and that's what caused it to scrape.
