thats 1 crazy set up, what you really want to do is put a normal 12 bar on that'd get rid of these little problems. still always good to see people try unconventional methods, looks good.

good work bro. that aint gonna last you much longer.

Ditch the alluminium and replicate that bar with mild steel. now youve got the angle set right on the ally tubing you should get angle right first time for when you weld up your steel flat bar.

once again nice goin.

Re: 12 bar with a difference

- KMC hijacking this thread to talk about my stuff now.
I've now put a chunk of polyprop plastic on my 12 bar - is this gay? Am i in danger of turning into a pea-nut wearing euro-stunter?
I love the sound of the steel scraper, but it's not very 'stealth' on my practice spot taking chunks out of the painted lines in the parking bays. Theres 10 titanium bolts screwed into it for pyro!
I hav'nt got to use it yet though, with knacked wrist and bike refusing to run when it's cold.

Re: 12 bar with a difference

It's not like the plastic's, pink or anything - just a bit soft

If the bolts don't spark like ******, it's going in the bin.
