i assume you already have done the research for liquor license and property and all that good stuff.....how much is the projected start up cost? im just wondering becuase i was looking into doing a sports bar out here a couple years ago and the costs were incredible, it was something around 250,000 just to get started. we were doing a sports bar though.

i think level is stupid and element still reminds me of casey but its your place so its your choice but i would definately try something original and very different sounding just my thoughts

thats a good idea how about something like martini ranch...or somethinglike that .....i hope that works out for you.....
