636 questions for jeff

I am picking up a 636 in about an hour. I guess I am too late to ask your opinion of it because I am buying it anyways. I am gettin it for mad cheap 4,500 clean title 2003 3k miles only been dropped once.

I need a bike I can compete with for individual freestyle that I can do everything on.

I know it is sick for circles, stoppies ,burnouts, engine breaking wheelies.

what about acrobatics. there is no one better at acrobatics than you so thats why I am asking you.

how is the tank when smashed in for standigt on it?? and for spreaders, highchairs?
how does it feel when switchback?
is the tank ok for spinerellas? just want some advice because I can't make up my mind if I should get rid of my gixxer 750 or not. The tank is just perfect for acrobatics.
thanks jeff let me know give me your pros and cons

ct can't wait to rock with you guys this summer

still waiting for his advice??????????????????????

just road it today for the first time. All I know is that is has no low end power(normal for a 600) and that it coasts like a motherfuxxa. don't want to start stunting it hard unless I know it is good for acrobatics.

need a beat up tank to smash in, big gear and one of those scrape bar things.

we are just starting to ride a little bit when the sun is out. you guys been riding? or are you just planning your 2005 attack?

Whats going on. sorry for the late, late advice, but i have been slackking on the computer. One thing i will say about acrobatics, is that it does not matter what bike you are on if you know them, you can do them on any bike, with the 636 it all feels the same the only difference is that when the tank is dented in i feel i have little room for my feet, when jumping around, but i like the wide feeling the tank has for doing my handstands. i have done evrey acrobatic thing on it except spinderellias, but once i bondo and smooth out my tank i am sure it willl be no problem. its all was diffrent feeling on a new bike you have to just get used to the hight change and maybe the feeling of the bike. Take thingsin baby steps. do a christ on your tank untill you feel comfortable, then move on etc........

thanks for the advice jeff. I really like the bike and may make it my full time stunt bike. My tank is too mint to smash so I gotta find a beat up one. I was thinking the same thing with the bondo on the tank. or maybe even cutting off the top of it and welding in a nice flat peice of steel then smoothin it out.put a vortex cap on too. a lot of work but would be sweet.

This bike amazed me on sunday. I did a few circles pretty tight to the right with stock gearing and it didnt even come close to stalling out. I used to stall my gsxr750 all the time with 10+ sprocket and had to put a 20+ to stop stalling it.
this 636 just keeps on going like the enegizer bunny LOL
peace
