he has a business called Dynamic Designs which makes carbon fiber and kevlar pieces for cars . he wanted to sponsor me so i could get his name out there in the bike community. he just recently started making carbon fiber for bikes. he also operates under " perfect 10 cycles " and one other name i cant remember now.


first he says he wants to sponsor me . then he promises me the world. i brought a full set of stock 929 body work to him so he could make carbon fiber molds out of it, and he wont give my body work back to me . he wrote my t shirt company a $500 hot check. now my t shirt company wont do business with me anymore..

i have called him and no answer . he was living with his mother and was working out of her garage . he is now on the run. the police have called and been by his house and no one answers. they will put a warrant out for his arrest soon if they cannot get a hold of him .

First off maybe Patrick should tell the whole story rather than just his one sided events. I came to patrick thinking he was going to be someone worth sponsoring, put up the funds to get him down to lakeland, florida for the stunt show where he didnt even place in the competition. I loaned him the money for all his t-shirts, which he never payed me for, nor did he ever pay me back for other loans which he requested while down in lakeland.

Identity theft, yeah right, Patrick was wanting a piece of the company along with my company sponsoring him. A very good idea I thought, as anyone who works for you will never work as hard as you do. If they are working along side you for a piece of the company they will give you their all. So if setting him up an account so I could pay his a** is identity theft, guilty as charged. But last time I checked you dont take someones identity to give them money.

So Patrick, why dont you just pay off your loans which you owe me, then we're square other than that there is nothing binding this partnership.

Just had to give everyone a little piece of the other side of the story.

 

Well the difference between Patrick and myself is that I have paperwork to prove my side of the story, recipts for the florida trip. recorded voice conversations, recipt for the t-shirt company for all of "patrick stephens freestyle" t-shirts.
I have had people screw me over like this before, so I take all these precautions now.

The only reason Patrick is mad is because he no longer has a bank roll at his disposal, and his bodywork is still in my posession. I think a straight trade off is in order the rest of the funds loaned in return for his original bodywork.

Business is business, I am not going to sponsor someone who doesnt even place in any event at stunt wars, whereas kyle woods took first place in every event... sounds like the goods are found in another rider.

I think you all can vouch that you would not throw money into a rider that does not produce, money is money, I need to see a return.

I personally saw Patrick give Chad the full amount of the money that he borrowed from Chad the day he got back from Stunt Wars.I was there helping unload the trailer.Patrick sold so much merchandice he had the money to pay him back.

I don't know about the idenity theft but Pat's Paypal account on his web site is frozen because of Chad.

Patrick places first a lot,he only didn't place because he slid in anti-freeze and crashed.
