"lieing" to him and telling him its on its way! what a dumb *****! and then promising hiim a 1000rr, hahaha. he cant even move out of his moms house or get a car. did you know that pat had to go pick his *** up from his mommys house the day they left for stuntwars cause he didnt have a car. and mommy was to busy shopping for his clothes to take him! what a dork!

everyone is right about the trip. it was a business expense. you dont beg fo rthe **** back cause you ran up your moms credit card, or the stolen ones you have.did i ask for money back when i painted pats bike and he wrecked it 30 minutes after we put it back together. nope. offered to repaint it and he said its ok.

i would have made it to stunt wars with out you . but you paid my way and i am thankful for that . that helped me out alot. but when we got back and i dropped you off you never talked to me again and would not answer my calls. you gave me no explaination about why you did this to me. that is not how you do business.

when i first meet you i had my doubts cause you lived with you mother and didnt have a car or a shop to work out of. but i gave you the benifit of the doubt. you seemed genuine, but you promised me way to much of the bat.
you told me you bought me a 954 .... well after 3 weeks you said that you got ripped off on ebay and they kept your money . that is understandable..
then you made about 5 other small promises you never kept. so i began to wonder ... but i still gave you the benifit of the doubt.

the body work and the hot check you wrote are small compared to what you are about to go down for . " identity theft " i never gave you any of my info ie.... s.s. , d.l. number, address.... how does paypal have an account of file with my personal information and yours as a joint account ,
there are $3,000 of fraudulent charges
to be excact ... that is why my merchandise page on my web site dose not work now. do you know how much money i am losing. i filed a report with paypal and the police dept. and paypal looked into it and they said they could not give me alot of info about you or what you are doing. but they did say it involves my name, my paypal account info , and your bank account. that my friend is identity theft ...

-- i was asking you to make up a contract for us to sign for about 2 months.
you never got that contract to me. i never gave you my info or signed anything.
-- i have two witnesses that saw me give you the money i borrowed from you when we got back . i made a little over $2,500 in merchandise sales in stuntwars . i paid you back the day we got home.
-- you wrote my t shirt company a hot check . they still have not recieved payment.
--you said you have voice recordings of our phone conversations . well let the police listen them ......
-- the police have called yours and your mothers house and been by there to talk to you , but you will not answer... why dont you call them back and let them listen to the voice recordings ?
-- you are on the run ... you have moved out of you mothers house ... it wont be long until the police find you and we can resolve this issue.
-- you said you sent the body work to my house. well i will hold my breath cause it is still not here.

this post is not slanderest. i have already checked with a lawyer friend and my cop buddy. it is only slander if it is untrue or opinion . this post is to warn others about how you do business so this does not happen to anyone else.........

I have known pat many years, many events & many times I've spent the morning of the competition chewing my fingernails off, wondering how he seems to improve overnight.
we have even been threw the ringer from one of the best conn men of all time..... All the while I have never seen pat screw anybody out of money for anything. My best friend was scammed for $5000.00 worth of parts from a guy in Flowermound Texas.

I'll try to make a long story short

It started as an ebay sale that fell through, but because of a problem with the scammers pay pal account the money was returned to my friend in full.

the whole time the scammer was giving good communication and was never pushy seemed like an OK guy.

because the money was returned to him with no problems my friend thought the guy was on the level, he went and got a bank check. made it out to the guys company name and sent it to him.

a few days later the check was cashed and never heard from again. No return emails or phone calls.

he was able to get the phone number for the address he sent the check to. when he called the number the scammers daughter answered and said that that is her fathers business and she doesn't have anything to do with that. she also said he didn't live there and only comes on occasion.

Now it's been almost 2 months with no contact from the scammer

Any one heard of this guy? he calls the business : perfect 10 cycles 1313 rustic timbers Flowermound TX 75028

Any suggestions or help would be great

By the way I have called the local PD and am waiting to hear back from them.

I did a little research and have his address, phone number, and know of a couple guys who can give you his ssn and date of birth. http://69.56.235.42/forums/showthread.php?t=400862 is the forum. Aparently he stole some guys bike and did some damage to it. Either way, next time you decide to do a business deal with someone, post the **** up here, send me a PM and I'll look into his name/company for you.

I also found out that this guy has two sex offenders living within a couple miles of him...I'm thinking you make a phone call to each of these guys and tell them that Chad called the city counsol to have them banned from that area. (as a concerned citizen of course)

I also did a public records search for you on the property tax info to fighure out a little more about his families average income, and how he's living. This Glen guy owns the house, and here is the info provided by Denton, TX. I don't see this guy being able to go very far...
