I have a rear handbrake, not sure what brand it is, but at that site there isnt even a picture of what it looks like, how it mounts......

Iv actually taken a regular handbrake and modified it to keep the footbrake also. havnt tested it but im pretty sure it will work well

this can't be hard all it is a bicycle brake setup. You could probly make your own for 20 bucks. Well i guess its only 40 bucks so it take all that acutal figure out how it works. My guess is they just run a cable back and mount the the upper pivot of the brake leaver and just pull from there, make the foot brake still work too.
