bigbore probs

i just finished installing it a few days ago and im still breaking it in. it has been running fine. today i rode it for about 15 min. and got off to let my friend ride and noticed oil coming out the head cover and the bottom tappet cover and also out of the right side of the case were the clutch adjsment screw is. has anybody else had this problem and do they make copper gaskets for it? i guess that might help. do i need to get a valve tappet breather.

Re: bigbore probs

put a new o-ring on the valve cover. make sure the copper washer and an acorn nut is on the lower left stud when looking at the front of the bike.

Re: bigbore probs

what do i do about the oil coming out of the right side of the case? when i noticed it leaking i cut it off and the oil was coming out like it was under pressure. i opened the dipstick to relieve pressure. to add more top end do i use a bigger or smaller front sprocket.
