in all seriousness, though, does anyone know the torque specs for the rear axle? I know it's pretty tight, I just don't want to tighten it TOO much, ya know?

Just tighten them!!!
If you just use a wrench I am going to guess you can't over tighten them unless you are superman or stand on the wrenches etc.
Although I am going to guess if you really want the torque specs call your local Honda dealership they might could help.

Its not like it really matters. Tighten it down till it spins freely. I only torque engine/tranny parts.
