i just got my crf 50 yesterday and i can barley sit down long enough to type this. my *** is killing me. what seats are good to get? how much are they? also where do i find tires? street and dirt? thanks for your help.

 

i bought a SDG taller seat for $90, it helps but not a complete solution. the problem is that its so narrow and ive never heard of a wider one. i got mine @ http://www.motoworldracing.com/xr50-minis.html

youll get used to it after awhile, my *** is permanently bruised from ridin mine so much.

i got street tires on mine 3"-10 chengshin work pretty good, any bike shop can order those or you can get em from www.denniskirk.com

 

Dont buy a new seat. you will get used to the stock one in a week or two. You just cant ride too much the first few weeks or you WILL GET fiddyASS

yeah, i thought the same **** when i first got my bike, now my *** is fiddy proof.

 

I running Kenda K413s 90/90-10s that I picked up from denniskirk. I was gonna get the cheng shins, but they didnt have the ones I wanted in stock. The Kendas are working great though!

Street tires are awsome.

 

Make your own seat.... way more comfortable than any tall seat u can buy, and cheaper too.

first off thank you to everyone who has put input on here. i am getting a little more used to it. tonight i accidently got half a circle. balance point is hard to get? maybe i just suck? mike from kcs most wanted has been terrorizing the streets wit me. thank you mike. second off that seat is fu@#!@# insane. ha ha. nice work on the light. seat looks comfy as hell though.

 

I know what you mean dude. My fiddy has so much done to it when I got it but it had the original seat.

I purchased a BBR Tall seat kit and I love it! Make sure you have bars though. I have the applied MX bars and I bang my knees like crazy now with the taller seat.

 

I don't care what it looks like.......
