Jetting and plug for an 88cc kit

What is the best jetting set up that everyone is running on there 88cc kit? I have a cam and 18 mm carb and exhaust. I've tried everything and still can't get it correct. Has anyone changed to a different plug ? Its an average of about +20 cel here if that helps . Thanks

well take of your carb and pipe and put the stock **** back on

an 88 kit with the stock parts is by far the best kit

an 18mm should have an 85 main jet and a 35 pilot withe an 88cc kit. chances are that your needle or air mixture screw is out of adjustment

this is a common problemo
wannabe's dont know how to set up their stuff but they do it anyway
do what weed said and put the stock stuff back on it
until you learn how to set up your stuff, id go to the mikuni page
and read how they tell you to set it up
they take into account your bike and where you are as far as elevation, ect ect,
the trick to setting up carbs is find the happy medium and thats the best you can hope for when your tunning blind as they say
there is some science to it you can just bolt **** together and it works
sometimes it do if you are lucky

This depends gretly on where you live. WE run 78 main jets and have used as small as a 75 on our 88cc kits.

Id always tell people to go ahead and mod away. They still ahve plenty of power to do stunts. We ride wheelies on our 88 kits alot. In fact I prefer the 82cc kit with the stock carb over anything for riding wheelies and a good all around motor.
