another paint question
another paint question
well since my 50 is torn down im deciding to paint all kind of things
today i sanded the forks down with 220 and im going to hit them up with a black later.
next im getting my frame/swingarm sandblasted and repainting
im trying to get leftside case/brake lever/footpegs truck bedliner
im just wondering what other crap can i hit up with the rattle can.
brake hubs ? can i sand the anodized bbr plate and riser and rattle it ?
im sure some other people have done some of these let me know thanks

Re: another paint question
dont forget the primer then guide coat it (guide coat is a mist of color sprayed on the primer so you can see dents and where you have and have not sanded)and then sand that with 600 grit and it will look sweeter than factory
that 220 will take alot of coats to fill up with just paint
this bike was laid down on the side shown
the close ups are where the repairs were done
silver is one of the hardest colors because it reflects the most light
only thing as bad is black it shows every flaw too
