Yeah, i got a 88 kit and the only thing being stupid is the tappets! some places say .05 mm some say .020, some say.025, and some say .030. Well, I'll prolly just take it to the dealer, but would it f.uck the engine up if i didnt put the tappets in???

 

this engine dont have tappets. its an overhead cam type engine. and the clearance is anywhere between .002" and .003". NOT .030" thats huge!!

 

The exaust valves?

 

theres only one intake and one exhaust valve

 

yeah, but what do those need to be adjusted to? and where do i turn the flywheel to do it?
