I would expect better from you but they arent the same. The XR wont mount up to CRF, look at the positions and the shape of the tank.

 

I also thought they were the same except for the front fender.

 

They actually mount up just fine. They are styled a bit differently, but they still mount right up

 

front and rear fenders are totaly different. we've been talking about this for 6 months

What the **** did Nick do then to get the xr plastics to work on his bike?

 

I got an 03 and an 04

Same bike, shizzle will bolt right up

That BBR bike looks like a CR

 

i think i remember nick saying he bought a set of xr plastics for his crf... the tank is different but they bolt up the same. if you look at the two, the plastics are completely redesigned from the xr style (all except for the # plate and fork gaurds), but that's about all the difference between the two. it's just asthetics.

Wouldnt they have problems because the tank bulges were teh cut is at top of crf plastics?
