I tried to align the cylinder but with the knock pins in it should not be out of alignment. regardless it did not help. i still have the noise. i am thinking that my valve springs are too weak for the cam.

yer right redrr. i think yzfrone forgot the alignment pins cuz that cylinder head should not budge at all. all i can say about the noise is make sure the cam is timed correctly and the valves are adjusted to .002" lash at TDC compression. like i said before, the big bores are louder.

call me dumbass and thats 2 mistakes that i did almost blowing my motor...Fab5fiddy is a life saver...
and the trail bikes kit Hauls ***, so much torque and i just got the sprocket today so we will see how it goes...
