Nick - I tried useing those springs and they don't work in a stock fiddy fork tube. The springs are almost 3 inches longer than stock and are meant for the longer fork tubes(not forks). What I ended up doing was buying a set of gearwoks springs from Shugga and used the aluminum ends off of the applied. The front is stronger than a stock and a fast 50's setup and as been awesome when rolling stoppies. There has been no rebound when rolling on the front wheel! If you have any questions Greg has my number.

my clips used to fall down all the time, and the bushings. i would push em back up n junk, but one time everything came out, the whole wheel/forklegs, and i died.

I was thinking the same thing
I carved out the slots for the C-clips allittle bit because there was some paint in there from when the forks were powdercoated. I'm gonna bend the C-clips out a bit and see how that works. I went to home depot tonight to see if they had those clips and they don't carry them. I'm going to try Ace tomorrow. Does anyone know if SL70 forks will work and how bad they rake out the front end?
