Stering stem bearing
Stering stem bearing
man i got alot play in my stering stem i think my bearing or gone i was thinkin of gettin the bbr ones, is there somthin else in there i need to replace to make it quit movin, and how do i do it , only tell if you know for sure
Re: Stering stem bearing
I would say you should be able to get away with tighting it before you would have to replace any bearings. You just have to loosen triple clamp nut use a drift and tighten nut below and retighten triple clamp nut.
I have replaced my bearings only because I got the Sano frame and it did not come with bearings. No big deal when driving the new races just make sure what ever you drive them in with doesn't make contact with the surface the ball bearings ride on.
Just my
hope it helps.
