Need Help with Kitaco 88cc Kit

well just got and no directions so I checked out twobros.com helped out alot but I got a peice in my kit that isn't on there. ? it is hard plastic here is a pic .. what is it ? and where does it go? thanks JEsse

goes in between the intake and cylinder, you can kinda see it in this pic if you look closely
