Talking 1st fiddy

just picked up my 1st 50 today. i'm 6'3 -185lbs. what mods do i need to make? the rear shock bottoms out and the front feels flexy in stoppies. forks, rear shock, bars, 88 kit? what do guys think? whats the key to wheelies? i can get it up, but it runs out of juice. any 'good' advice will help
