Need more power!!

im 6'2" and 200 lbs. and im having a hard time gettin my fiddy to move my fat ***. on the street it aint to bad but as soon as i hit a small grade on grass its all over with. shes just a total dog. without goin crazy spending tons of money on huge big bore kits, what is honestly a good combo as far as exhaust, carbs, and a possible 72cc kit?? im not lookin to climb mt. everest. i just need some more power to ride wheelies in the grass and get me up some hills. thanx.

i would suggest exhaust, cdi , and adjust your tire inflation......maybe go up a couple pounds from stock and drop down on the carb needle........

You can get a bigger sprocket for the rear, If you go up a few teeth, just like a big bike, you will be able to get more torque out of it, but your top end won't be as fast.

Don't waste $60 on a CDI when you could put it towards a 75cc or bigger kit.

yup... CDI isn't gonna really do squat on a stock motor.

Save $$ for the big bore kit. It's worth it

takegawa makes a kit that is perfect for about 370.00 to 420.00 if this is too much then just get the head ported at a local dealer and get a cam with a air filter . you only need a cdi if you get a full blown 88 cc kit with the x head it will come up in every gear with the drop of the throttle .

My boy is 6'7" 230 lbs.. and Wheelies the **** out of a bone stock 98Z50 in every gear. Dirt is another story... Go with the biggest XR50 piston kit.. 80 bucks.. uni filter... drop 1 tooth in the rear.
