Let me start with I have ran several different master cylinders and bleed brakes on cars/quads/bikes. Never had this issue. I have bleed and bleed. I am running dot 4. I put on stainless lines and the r6 calipers with good looking pads 85%. So excited to see how it felt and took off and found they dont have any power. I bleed again and again. checked everything. There are no leaks. Frustrated with the stock 636 master cylinder and itching for the brembo I went ahead and ordered a 19rcs. Thinking this would solve my problem. Everything seemed fine. Took it out for a ride same thing. A little more power but it will not grab at all like it should. Cannot lock it up or even close with max pressure. Iam running the r6 gold pots on my foot brake and my hand brake. These both work great. Maybe this set of calipers has some kind of issue?

 

im going with the pads are somehow contaminated.
