Depends on how good you are at fabricating things. I made my own out of BMX brake leftovers. It wont lock up the rear tire like the foot brake will but it will help you balance out the wheelies. I am at work so I cant post pics but I can give you the run down.
Use a BMX brake lever and run the cable back to the right side of the engine block.
Fabricate an L bracket that will mount to one of the engine case bolts.
Mount the long side of the L to the engine and on the short side mount a BMX brake tension adjuster .
Then run the cable to the rear brake lever and drill a hole and use a BMX brake cable clamp style nut and bolt to crimp it tight .
Now you have a rear brake on the bars for around 15 bucks.

is there any way i could get the brake to be as good as the foot brake? if you could, post some pics when you get home!
Thanks!!!!!!!!
Thats a real sweet mod, I went and dropped the coin on the over priced one from fast 50s it works good and locks the back tire, But I'm working on putting a system on there that allows me to run both the foot brake and a rear brake on the handle bars. But I think I'm going to model it after the way they do rear brakes on a ATV quad with the double bracket on the rear and the two cables going to it.
