Re: oil pump install..

If you look on the package of a standard size bit, on most of them under the bit size it says what the metric equivelant is. In other words there is a standard size bit that is the same as 2mm. I can't remember what size it is but just look on the package. one of the standard sizes = 2mm.

My advice is correct. That's the way to do it.

Re: oil pump install..

i believe the closest thing IS a 5/64, i believe it is less then one thousandth of a difference, but this is just to enlarge the hole that delivers the oil to the cylinder so "dead on exact" isnt needed, but "damn near close" will work, so i will go with your info, thanks!

Re: oil pump install..

It dosen't have to be installed 'perfect'

once you see how small teh stock oil hole is, you'l know that anything bigger is a HUGE help!

i drilled mine out a little oversize because one of my friends works for bbr and he said that a 4mm hole is what they use in the mini moto sx bikes
