I was wheelieing in a local street hockey rink to get my turns doing a wheelie down before i go out on the streets of brooklyn, and a tighta$$ cop pulls up. Gives me a sumons, takes my 50, and ****ing trys to take me in cause i was flipping out. Does anyone know how I can get my fiddy back, and if i can appeal this sumons?
