Re: chinese fiddyz
It mostly depends on which one you get. I bought one for my daughter to ride and to play around on, and it is an exact replica. The only things I noticed were the engine and internals. Sure it isn't Honda quality, but, by the time we change all the little kid stuff and move on to big bores and big bore cases, is really still Honda? I am a die hard Honda fan, but this little Chinese bike is impressive.

i bought my girla jincheng, and it seems like all teh honda parts are copied , but it's a mix of different year and model parts, so you really gotta be carefull trying to upgrade the engine,
her's is a 90's model body, teh cam bolt pattern is supposed to be from teh 70's model ct70, and the head and piston i have yet to measure up for teh big bore .
fab prolly has a lot better info than me, he'll prolly chime in....but find a used honda IMHO

they really aren't that different from the honda 50's except the honda's quality is better and they are easier to upgrade. Also if your thinkin of buyin one get the one at www.sikmx.com for about $1300.

Re: chinese fiddyz
My friend bought one off Ebay and some things were compatible but you had to buy another part to make it fit. One of the cheap *** rear brake shoes broke and the Honda shoes wouldn't fit the hub. Had to get a Honda hub to make it work w/ the Honda pads. One of the footpegs broke and Honda peg wouldn't fit it. Had to put the Honda mount on in place of the Chinese mount to use Honda pegs. There were a couple of good things about the Chinese bike. It came with risers and tall bars and had 4 gears as opposed to 3 but they were all down instead of up. The frame was 1 inch longer also. After going through about 3 tanks of gas the top of the gas tank broke and had to replace it with a Honda tank. The cdi on it quit and the Honda unit is not compatible with the connector provided but we hardwired a Honda cdi in it and also kept the original connector in the harness so we could also use the Chinese cdi if we found a replacement.

Re: chinese fiddyz
if you are going to buy a honda replica, these cats have a tight setup. http://rcmxsports.com/ i have one of their motors and the bike smokes the other big-bore kits.
