rear shock

just finished installing my new rear shock but for some reason it isn't sitting perfectly like the stock shock. It is a Joker machine rear shock and one side is leveled off and the other side that is not sitting properly on the rubber side seems to be a little under the lip is this ok or should I try to make it fit like the stock?

Re: rear shock

If your taliking about the spring itself not seating properly on the aluminum end, mine was the same. Go off a big jump and it'll seat itself
