hand brake or manual clutch?

So should I go with a hand brake or a manual clutch? There are pros and cons to both.

Manual clutch, I get the pleasure of clutching wheelies. But then again, I dont have a problem pulling them anyway.

Handbrake would be handy, but I got the 50 specifically to get better at rear brake control for the big bike. Im not doing anything that would require the use of a handbrake yet anyway.

Hell, come to think of it, I dont need either! LOL

But which would you go for?

Re: hand brake or manual clutch?

I ordered the hand brake myself. I don't stunt my big bike since it's set up for racing. I like the fact I can roll up and stop and not have to worry about pulling in the clutch.

i have both an i love it. it took a few minutes to get use to having both levers there but its worth it. i bearly use the clutch for clutching anything cuase i have an 88 and anything comes up with just throttle but having the hand break definitally helps.

Manual clutch for sure. I hate that slow weak *** motor.

Re: hand brake or manual clutch?

i just got to ride a bike with a manual clutch for the first time this past weekend i dont thin it is worth the money if u are running a stock motor it revs up a little faster in first but didnt make a huge difference but a few other people that rode the bike think it helps but i think the hand brake is a better investment........

I think you'll get more out of the manual clutch, your only really going to use a hand brake when you doin a wheelie where you dont have your right foot on the peg. A manual clutch your using all the time and I just love popping **** straight up from a stand still or right after a rolling endo. And I like it for just normal riding aswell.
