i have a big boy bar mount and tried using bars from dirtbike but the throttle grip will not fit around it...what kind of bars do i need in order to use stock grips and stock throttle cable(not a longer one)

You can't use the stock throttle and grips with a big bar kit.

Big bars are 7/8", the stock bars are 3/4" or so.

 

so what do i do???

No, I dont think anyone makes 3/4" aftermarket bars.

You need to use aftermarket grips and throttle. Re-route the cable on the right side of the neck.

Thats about all you can do, I think.

this is what i did...poor mans big bar kit

if you have the clamp already. you can measure your stock throttle from the end of the grip to the end of the plastic. measure your 7/8 in right side bar the same length and cut it off. now measure about a 1" or a little more past the same mark on your stock handle bars and cut that off. hammer it into the big bars and you can still use your stock throttle. i rode with this setup for like 4 months with not one single problem. the bar will not slide out because it wedges so tight inside.
