advice on new parts
advice on new parts
ok my brother is iin panama city at a car show and while he was showing off (READ: wheelies) the chain came off and wraped around the sprocket and broke the transmition cover. the chain was locked up and he tried to roll it for some reason or another and the broke the chain, somehow stiped the rear axle and broke one of the chain tension adjuster things. now part of this is my fault (didn't adjust the chain tight enough).
but here is my question. does anyone make an axle that is long so i can put pegs on it. i have the pegs right now on the swing arm but the holes are getting bored out. and about how much does a wider or stock one cost?
don't laugh at my brother, **** happens

Re: advice on new parts
i took the stock adjusters off my bike, welded some 10 mm bolts on the pegs to exit through the chain adjuster slots and the stock axle was plenty long enough for the super duty BMX pegs i bought. then i put the stock adjuster nut on it and haven't looked back.
if you want i'll toss a closeup picture up here if you wanna see what i did
