Ok I got the frame painted last nite so Im hoping to start reconstruction today. Things that will be going on include: 110cc 4sp manual, i-shock, two brothers +1 fork leg kit w/bushings n springs, FMF big bore exhaust, two brothers bar kit, IMS shifter, Two brothers peg mount and rear brake lever. Theres probably more I havent thought of but o well. ill post pics tonite :YEAH

 

nice! We will be putting DarthTedd's back together probably next saturday.. He got some paint & stuff done also.

ok so here are the pics from this weekend. Fiddy went back together with a little bit for help from Larry Tha Welder. A little bit of custome welding will do the trick everytime. The 110 was everything I expected. 4th gear clutch ups, the spreaders r soo easy, and coasters have never been easier. I easily think this motor has more engine brake than the stock but its just alot more to get used to. Still waiting on my exhaust but so far I think this was all money well spent :YEAH

Yep that was the zongshen. And no problem there. Ive been riding the shiznit out of it so if its going to go it will happen with me lol. You can do suicide coasters for hours and it isnt knocking yettttt :YEAH

 

glad to see you got it all together John!! it's looking pretty too. hey we've got another riding spot over by UCF. we'll hook it up this weekend. :YEAH

 

btw, what did you do about the intake manifold?

 

haha ill post pics of thatttt when i get home. I had to get LTW to cut and reweld the manifold. he did a great job tho. My throttle cable has clearance and doesnt catch. My carb doesnt touch my motor at all. The fiddy is pimpin... although, I dont feel as though its right to call it a fiddy ne more. all day yesterday I was walkin around calling it my XR110 but now I think CRF110 sounds better.

looks good man! Bet its fast! I rode an 82cc that was setup right and ran like a **** over the weekend and that **** was pretty fast so I bet 110 is real damn fast! Good job man!

 

Well I raced 2 88cc bikes right after I put it in... I beat both of them but, 1 of them was only a bike away. maybe 2 at most. We are going to race again after he puts on the race head he bought. Having the manual helps me out tremendously tho.

 

i rode this bike lastnight and i have have to say is....4th gear comes straight up with a light (and i mean light) tug. i'm sure if i would have just leaned further back it would have came up in 4th with no tug. it's insane! you definitely have to get used to it, which Level obviously was, he was doing tight circles on it. it was sick!!! :YEAH

WOW... I got my FMF big bore exhaust in today.... Best money spent so far. Made my motor run soo much better. Willll post pics soon.
