fork spring help?

the damn things wont come off the fork tube part, they just are suppose to screw off right? little help please.....

No there is a dowel pin that you need to remove using a punch

when i take the pin out how do i get the piece out thats in the spring? is it easier to get out when the pins out?

What springs did you get?

When you take the pin out the graphite looking piece will come out inturn the spring will come out also.
